Refund and Returns Policy

  • No cash refunds are provided.
  • Items must be exchanged within 15 days of the purchase date, accompanied by the original invoice/receipt.
  • To initiate an exchange, contact our Customer Service Team via the Contact Us Form or by phone.
  • Exchanged items must be in original, salable condition, with all tags/labels attached and unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Dissatisfied customers can exchange items within 15 days of purchase by emailing our customer care team.
  • Hygiene items like underwear, innerwear, and jewelry cannot be exchanged.
  • Items purchased at full price will be exchanged at the current selling price.
  • Faulty items can be replaced within 3 days of purchase with the original invoice.
  • Complaints can be made by calling the provided number between 10 am and 6 pm.
  • We do not offer refunds and are not responsible for damage due to improper usage of garments.
  • Exchange policy does not apply to items on promotion/sale.
  • Cash on Delivery charges and shipping charges are non-refundable and not included in the exchange value.
