- Exchanged items must be in original, salable condition, with all tags/labels attached and unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Dissatisfied customers can exchange items within 15 days of purchase by emailing our customer care team.
- Hygiene items like underwear, innerwear, and jewelry cannot be exchanged.
- Items purchased at full price will be exchanged at the current selling price.
- Faulty items can be replaced within 3 days of purchase with the original invoice.
- Complaints can be made by calling the provided number between 10 am and 6 pm.
- We do not offer refunds and are not responsible for damage due to improper usage of garments.
- Exchange policy does not apply to items on promotion/sale.
- Cash on Delivery charges and shipping charges are non-refundable and not included in the exchange value.
